Support us with a donation

As a registered charity, The Church of Our Most Holy Redeemer and St Thomas More relies heavily on donations to support the varied work of the church.  As well as paying towards the usual running costs for the church and rectory, donations are made on parishioners behalf to various local and national charities from the Sunday collections.  The Sunday offerings also need to cover any maintenance or improvements which the church needs.

It is therefore a considerable help to the parish if we receive regular donations, in addition to or instead of, the offering you make at Sunday mass. 

Regular donations are welcome either by cheque or by standing order. Please contact the Parish Office if you wish to set up one of these regular payment options, or download and print the Planned Giving Form below.

If you are making or updating your will, please consider leaving a legacy to the church (Gift Aid Scheme not applicable for this).

If you are a U.K. tax payer, the church can also reclaim the tax you have paid on your donation, adding 25p to every £1 you donate, at no additional cost to you.  In order to avail of this scheme please complete and a return a Gift Aid form, available to download below.

Forms can be returned by post to 7 Cheyne Row, London, SW3 5HS; posted through the letterbox of 7 Cheyne Row; or scanned and sent by e-mail to chelsea2@rcdow.org.uk.

 American tax payers:  if you pay tax in the USA, you might be interested to know about the American Foundation for Catholics.  This has been set up to receive donations of US$250 or more,  to make grants available to Catholic parishes (and other Catholic causes) and it enables American taxpayers to make donations that are tax deductible.  If you would like to help us to do so please contact the Fundraising Department of the Diocese on +44 (0)20 7798 9375.
